Maria Canha has a degree in Nutritional Sciences from the Portuguese Catholic University and a Master's in Biotechnology and Innovation from the same university, with a Merit scholarship, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Ageing. Her main mission is to help people achieve their goals, whatever they may be - performance, fat loss, increasing muscle mass, being healthier - using food as fuel. To this end, she helps people establish an (increasingly) healthy relationship with food and how they can, and should, use it to their advantage. She combines her work as a nutritionist with other areas of interest, to which she also devotes a lot of time: training, tasting wines from all over the world (pairing them with good food), travelling and creating content that can be relevant to those who find her on social media. She resolutely believes that balance is the basis of health and that one teaches by example.
